Delivery
At Country Clutter we always aim to wrap and dispatch your order the same weekday, provided we receive it before 3pm.
If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to agree the best solution — by phone if you have given us your number, otherwise by email.

Every order is fully tracked. We'll email your tracking code as soon as we're back from the Post Office.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday go out the same working day. Weekend orders are taken off the shelf as soon as we spot them and wrapped first thing Monday.
Sending a gift?
We can post straight to your recipient and enclose a handwritten card at no extra charge — just let us know at checkout.
International delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. If you'd like something sent overseas, please call us on 01291 630036 or email office@giftshopuk.biz and we'll do our best to help. Import duties and local taxes may apply at the destination and are outside our control.
Larger items
Where the true cost of delivery is significantly different from the rates above, we may need to contact you to agree an adjustment before dispatch.

In addition to your statutory rights, if within 14 days you are unhappy with your purchase and it is returned in its original packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No problem.
