At Country Clutter, we always aim to dispatch your order within 24hours of purchase. If we are unable to dispatch within 24hours or there is a problem (eg stock shortage) we will contact you with more details.
Each item is priced individually and clearly on our website, but please understand we are only able to dispatch Monday to Friday. Please allow 5 working days for delivery
OVERSEAS OR URGENT DELIVERY
If you wish for your purchase to be posted overseas or in a hurry, please contact us so we can arrange delivery and discuss costing with you. Please note that we cannot be liable for import taxes or additional costs which may be imposed on orders for outside the UK.
For all orders received before 3.30pm we try to despatch before the end of the next working day - standard second class post. Please provide us with an address where someone will be in to recieve the delivery.
We aim to wherever possible deliver from stock. However, if there is likely to be a delay we will email you with the most accurate estimated delivery date for your order which we are able to provide.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING CHARGES*
UK - £4.20 (second class post 'signed for')
UK Faster Delivery - £5.50 (first class post 'signed for')
*Where true cost of delivery is significantly different, we may need to contact you and agree an appropriate adjustment.
*Europe & International postage can be significantly less than the standard price, in this case we will refund the difference.
Our No Quibble Guarantee in addition to your statutory rights, ensures that if within 14 days you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, in a resalable condition, together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No problem. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under current Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, UK orders are entitled to a "cooling off period". Under these regulations UK customers (customers resident in the UK) are entitled to cancel your order fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason.
The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 5 working days of valid cancellation.

We recommend that your items are returned via registered mail. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that the return postage will not be refunded.
However if you return a faulty item, the postage cost will of course be reimbursed.
