Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the dispatch point. Once the item has been dispatched to you we will confirm the order with you via the email address you provided. Guarantee & Returns
​​​​​​​Our No Quibble Guarantee in addition to your statutory rights, ensures that if within 14 days you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, in a resalable condition, together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No problem. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights .

Gift Cards
To use online; you can enter your Country Clutter gift card number into the card instructions box. We will then verify the number and dispatch the order.
Should your order exceed your Country Clutter gift card amount you can pay for the whole order with a debit/credit card or paypal, still entering your Country Clutter gift card number into the card instructions box and we will refund the gift card amount to your method of payment.
Alternatively you can pay using you Country Clutter gift card and we can request the remaining balance through paypal.
To prevent fraud, we may occasionally ask for a picture of the gift card.
