Shipping policy

All orders are wrapped with the greatest of care so they are a delight to receive.

Those orders received before 3.30pm we aim to get to the Post Office to dispatch before the end of the same day (Monday to Friday) catching that day's outbound post.

Our standard delivery is therefore via Royal Mail - second class post signed for.

Because a signature is required, please provide us with an address where someone will be in to sign for the delivery. 

We will notify you via email once your parcel has been posted. 

If we are unable to dispatch within 24hours or there is a problem (eg stock shortage) we will contact you with more details.

Free Delivery on orders over £40 are for UK only.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Each item is priced individually and clearly on our website, but please understand we are only able to dispatch on weekdays (Saturday and Sunday orders are wrapped first thing on the Monday, but are taken off the shelf as soon as the order is spotted). So please allow up to 5 working days for delivery


OVERSEAS OR URGENT DELIVERY

If you wish for your purchase to be posted overseas or in a hurry, please contact us so we can arrange delivery and discuss costing with you. Please note that we cannot be liable for import taxes or additional costs which may be imposed on orders for outside the UK.


UK (Mainland)

For all orders received before 3.30pm we try to despatch before the end of the same day by Royal Mail - standard second class post signed for. And because a signature is required, please provide us with an address where someone will be in to sign for the delivery.

EUROPE 

We normally aim to deliver within 7 working days through Royal Mail. However we have currently suspended international delivery while we await clarification of post Brexit services and processes

USA CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD

We would normally aim to deliver within 7 working days through Royal Mail. However, Covid restrictions again have meant that we have had to suspend deliveries outside the UK. Please note that, when things return to 'normal' there may be import duties, customs and local sales taxes to be paid at destination. Since these are sadly outside of our control we are therefore unable to advise on costs

We aim to wherever possible deliver from stock. However, if there is likely to be a delay we will email you with the most accurate estimated delivery date for your order which we are able to provide.

*Where true cost of delivery is significantly different, we may need to contact you and agree an appropriate adjustment.
*Europe & International postage can be significantly less than the standard price, in this case we will refund the difference.

Our No Quibble Guarantee in addition to your statutory rights, ensures that if within 14 days you are unhappy with your purchase and provided the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened, in a resalable condition, together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No problem. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

As part of our no quibble guarantee, please note that under current Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, UK orders are entitled to a "cooling off period". Under these regulations UK customers (customers resident in the UK) are entitled to cancel your order fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason.

The regulations state that we must return your money within 30 days. It is our policy that all monies will be returned within 5 working days of valid cancellation.

We recommend that your items are returned via registered mail. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that the return postage will not be refunded.

However if you return a faulty item, the postage cost will of course be reimbursed.
