Shipping policy
All orders are wrapped with the greatest of care, so they are a delight to receive.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at weekends are wrapped first thing on Monday. We'll email you a Royal Mail tracking code as soon as your parcel is on its way.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Both services are fully tracked and do not require a signature.
If we are unable to dispatch within 24 hours, or there is a problem such as a stock shortage, we will contact you with full details.
International delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. If you would like an order sent overseas, please contact us on 01291 630036 or at office@giftshopuk.biz and we will do our best to arrange delivery and agree the cost with you first.
Please note that import duties, customs charges and local sales taxes may apply at the destination. These are outside our control and we are unable to advise on them.
Delivery costs
Where the true cost of delivery is significantly different from the rates above — for example an unusually large or heavy item — we may need to contact you to agree an appropriate adjustment before dispatch.
Our No Quibble Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, our No Quibble Guarantee ensures that if within 14 days you are unhappy with your purchase, and the product is returned in its original packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition together with your receipt, we will arrange an immediate replacement or refund. No problem.

Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers are entitled to a cooling-off period. You may cancel your order within fourteen days from the day after you receive your goods, for any reason.
The regulations require us to return your money within 30 days. It is our policy to return all monies within 5 working days of a valid cancellation.

We recommend items are returned via a tracked service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, and return postage is not refunded — except where an item is faulty, in which case the postage cost will of course be reimbursed.
